A Midsummer Night’s Dream was Naomi’s vision for their wedding at Hornington Manor, a theme full of twinkling lights and pretty flowers. As always I was so excited to see the barn’s transformation, as the bride’s and their little helpers always do such a wonderful job.
When Debbie arrived at Hornington Manor on Friday, she was so upset that the forecast had changed for their big day, and it was unfortunately going to rain for most of it.
Apart from not being able to do a blooming thing about the weather, we reassured her as much as we could that it was still going to be a spectacular weekend. Our bar man Simon gave her a little hug and said “So! We are going to have an ace time anyway.”
Mrs and Mrs Heather and Dan Wilson with their little boy Ralph. - it’s a family affair!
It was our absolute pleasure to host Dan and Heather’s wedding day here at Hornington Manor and even more importantly was the fact it was the perfect place for little Ralph, as he was mad about tractors.
When they arrived I brought our Granddaughters tractor and trailer round for him to play on. Along with his little toy lawnmower, and beautiful little cousins to play with, Ralphs weekend of fun was all sorted.
The marvellous wedding celebrations of Marianna and Paul.
It was pretty clear from the offset that lots of utterly brilliant, original and quirky ideas had gone into making this wedding a truly memorable one. One thing that was evident was how much thought had gone in to giving the wedding a special ‘Italian twist’, due to the Italian heritage of the beautiful bride, Marianna.
